Q: Do you only restring pearls

A: I restring all types of beads and pearls.

Q: How are jobs returned when completed?

A: All jobs are returned by Royal Mail Special delivery, not signed for only. Royal mail special delivery is tracked all the way to destination and signed for.

Q: How safe is my jewellery in your care?

A: All jobs are photographed on arrival and on completion. I am fully insured whilst jobs are on my premises and on return transit.

Q: How do you care for my jewellery?

A: I treat all items with respect whatever they are as if they were my own.

Q: How long will it take to complete my jewellery repair?

A: Up to one week.

Q: Do you only do the restringing of beads and pearls for Kent?

A: No, I cover the whole of the United Kingdom.
